Return policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’d love to hear from you why. We want to help you resolve the issue. If you have any questions about a product, you can look at the frequently asked questions or contact us directly.

1. If you wish to cancel your order, you can inform us by e-mail at [email protected] before we have dispatched the goods to you or,
   if goods have already been sent to you, please return the goods to us per point 2.
2. You can return your product in a pristine, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs for returning goods are on your account. To return goods, please complete the return request form below.
3. Upon receiving the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or exchange goods if necessary.
4. The right to return the goods to us does not apply in the following circumstances:
   – In case the product has already been used.
   – For all products that we have made or customized especially for you
   – The provisions of point 2 do not affect your statutory rights.
