SHIPPING INFORMATION
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email confirming the shipment. With the track & trace in this email, you can easily track your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The items in this webshop are generally available from stock and will be shipped within 24 hours. These in-stock items are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Deliveries outside the Netherlands may take a few days longer.
During the holidays, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
For larger quantities or unusual sizes, different delivery times apply. Please contact us for more information.
For deliveries to the UK, we always deliver at the price excluding Dutch VAT. You pay the UK VAT to the carrier upon delivery.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
If an order is returned because the package could not be delivered at the given address, the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded to you. If you still wish to receive the order, you will need to place a new order. Always check your order carefully before confirming it. If you are buying our products as a gift for someone else, please inform the recipient in advance to avoid the order being refused upon delivery.
